"While I only looked at a few different dealers, I went with Canopy World because they were the most responsive to my inquiries and also closest to my house. Johnna is very friendly and informative and helped me decide on the Leer I went with. While other places were giving me a 3 month lead time, Canopy World gave a 4 week estimate and it actually arrived in a little over 3 weeks. It is very nice to see that maybe these delivery times are slowly going back to normal. As far as the canopy though, there was an issue with the windows where they had to be replaced. Canopy World got two new replacement windows and did a much better job installing them than the factory did. While I hopefully won't have any other issues with the canopy, if I do, I am confident that Canopy World will take care of them. Thank you!"

I wanted to share my shopping experience I had with my son tat CWS. The young lady who helped him was amazing. She was sharp, super informative, took her time and provided great insight. Also witty and fun to watch her share her knowledge. A true professional who had obviously been in business for a while and had excellent mentoring. Hearing that it was a family business and she was third generation made it all come together. That said not many family businesses survive 3 gens. This along with the young ladies spirt speaks volumes to the fabric of your family.
Give Johnna a raise, she will be an asset wherever she is."

"I came here to have my canopy that I bought "used" wired up to my truck. I metioned that the hardware on the back door wasn't operating correctly and I thought that I needed it all replaced. The technician played around with it for a while after wiring it, and got everything to be fully functional. Then I received the bill,and it was less than what I was originally quoted, and I didn't need to buy any parts. Very honest, and great service. Thank you!"

"I have height restrictions due to parking, they helped me find the right sized canopy and ladder rack that is removable... just in case. So they have the products many contractors can use. Including lumber racks, sliding beds and other covers. "

"Amazing customer service Mike and his Team supports the Armed Forces in amazing ways. Mike found that I had to move fairly soon for the Army and he made sure I realized that due to covid truck toppers would take longer than usual to obtain. Mike at Canopy world worked above and beyond to obtain a truck topper for my move. He kept in constant contact, informed me of updates and scheduled the installation with my timelines. Can't say enough about the customer service. Mike and his Team have set the standard for customer service and military support. Businesses should look to his way of customer service as a model and realize that the little things are what keep customers and referrals. Oh and the fit and finish of the canopy is perfect and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Canopy world !"

"In 2019 I bought a new truck and wanted to trick out sleeping space in the back so went to Canopy World. The overall experience was great, they were very informative and almost anti-sales pressure. The buying experience itself was slick, basically picking from different models and then layering on options. Installation was very quick, I stood around and watched (I could have gone for lunch or something but wanted to see how the installer did it in case I wanted to remove the thing later).
Fast-forward to now, I had an issue where there was a squeak coming from my canopy. When I called Canopy World to ask about getting an appointment they just told me to come by at my convenience. Turns out they were able to do an eyeball assessment, spotted the problem immediately, and fixed it in about 5 minutes (they scooted the canopy back about a 3/8 of an inch). Really glad they guided me toward the drop-in model v. appointment. Anyway, great overall service, I highly recommend these guys."
